Target Healthcare, part of Quantum Pharmaceutical within the Target Group, focuses on transforming healthcare and impacting patients. We are seeking a Hospital Account Manager to build deep, meaningful relationships with customers and become their trusted partner in aseptic healthcare. This role contributes to ensuring life-saving products reach patients in need, as part of an exceptional team.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive territory management to engage with key stakeholders in the Private and NHS Sector across Regions, Trusts and Hospitals
  • Build mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with specific key accounts through understanding of customers’ needs and effective account management
  • Deliver growth against commercial targets
  • Acquire, analyse and interpret sales information across customer segments, products and services
  • Develop, forecast and implement territory sales plan to define and deliver sales strategy at territory level
  • Advocate customer-focused solutions with customer commitment
  • Use commercial acumen to analyse and recommend solutions to maximise relevant account commercials

To be successful

  • Proven experience of successful account management in an NHS environment
  • Good understanding of Secondary Care procurement activities
  • An understanding of hospital aseptic services and related activity
  • Proven ability of delivering against commercial targets
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically across all accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including effective influencing and negotiation
  • Be a self-starter, highly organised, and thrive in a remote working environment
  • Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
