We are looking to add a Formulation Associate to this busy and fast‑paced team.
The Role
- Support maintenance of formulation for daily order requirements and assist with formulation related enquiries.
- Support product development formulation related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- To approve product request and create formulations to meet the requirements of the daily orders.
- To create and review Formulation Reports and Product Data Sheets.
- To assist in formulation related enquiries from the Customer Services Department and the Production Department.
- To approve licensed medicine specifications and unlicensed medicines specifications as required.
- To support appropriate QMS activities relevant to formulation.
- To gather information to support product development and product optimisation.
- To organise trials and create trial protocols.
- To maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of GMP and MHRA guidelines with regards to supplying of specials.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Degree qualification in a field of science‑related or pharmacy subject is highly desired.
- Experience developing formulations for veterinary pharmaceutical products is highly desirable.
- Good numerical and writing skill.
- Ability to follow instruction.
- Detail oriented, and excellent memorisation skill.
- Eager to learn and adaptive to any changes.
- Good IT skills and good administrative skills such as email writing, filing and presentation skill.
- Good initiative, introspective skill with ‘can do’ attitude.
- Positive mindset and ability to resolve problems.
- Team player with ability to work with multi‑cultural environment.
- Ability to cope with changes and pressure.
