Our Human Resources team plays a key part in shaping an inclusive, empowering and high performing culture. We’re looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as an integral part of the People team, providing efficient high quality, customer focused HR services to all our stakeholders.
- Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
- Assist with organisational change initiatives and projects.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision making.
- Support learning, development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with GDPR.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- At least 2 years' experience of working at a similar level.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry (desirable).
- Hold a CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and have confidence to work closely with multiple departments and Directors.
- A good working knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practice.
- Demonstrate organisational skills.
- The ability to work methodically and accurately process information.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
This position is based onsite at our Burnopfield Manufacturing Facility however may require travel, at times, as the company may reasonably require. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09.00 - 18.00.
