Quantum One is seeking a Manager to lead AI transformation engagements. In this role, you will act as the bridge between advanced technical possibility and client business value. You will not only architect the solution but also own the client relationship, ensuring that our delivery meets the highest standards of quality and drives measurable commercial impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI workstreams. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining a relentless focus on value realization for the client.
- Translate Business to Technical: Partner with client executives (VPs, Directors) to diagnose ambiguous business challenges. Translate these needs into rigorous, actionable technical roadmaps that your team can execute.
- Manage Stakeholders & Expectations: Act as a trusted advisor to the client. Navigate complex organizational dynamics, present findings to non-technical C-suite audiences, and expertly manage expectations regarding feasibility and impact.

What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in data science consulting or high-velocity AI product development, with a proven track record of managing client-facing engagements.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex analytical results into clear, persuasive business narratives.
- You can explain why a model matters, not just how it works.
- A history of delivering solutions that survived "slide-ware" and made it to production, resulting in measurable ROI for the business.
