We are looking for a team-player who approaches teaching with good humour and a positive attitude. We would like to appoint a teacher with a good understanding of Trauma Perceptive Practice and who is open to sharing good practice with colleagues.

If you are kind, organised and committed to ensuring the best outcomes for every pupil, then we would love to hear from you.

The role will include:

  • Manage and organise the school environment effectively to ensure that the safeguarding of children and young people with SEND is given high priority
  • Provide day-to-day delivery of outstanding practice to pupils with SEND including pupils with autism and pupils experiencing social and emotional difficulties.
  • Ensure the effective development and implementation of the adapted curriculum for the overall development and wellbeing of each individual learner

The teacher will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow and implement school policies and the staff code of conduct.
