Actual Salary £22,601 – £35,259 (dependent on experience & pay award pending)
We have an exciting opportunity for a committed Communication Support Worker to join our Resource Base for Deaf Students to support our teaching staff and deaf students.
You should have a good general education and an ability to foster good relationships, whilst demonstrating patience and sensitivity. Also, you should be able to work flexibly as part of an established team. Signature BSL Level 3 and GNVQ Support Workers or Communicator Support Worker qualification or equivalent are essential.
Our oversubscribed school again achieved strong and effective ratings in its Ofsted inspection in March 2026 and we have a commitment to supporting students in developing as well-rounded individuals as well as achieving their academic potential.
