Quantum Motion is seeking a Talent Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical teams across multiple regions.
Functions of the Role
The People and Talent team is responsible for attracting, sourcing and retaining world‑class talent. Reporting to the Lead Talent Partner you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment journey for our technical teams.
Responsibilities
You will map talent pools, engage passive candidates, and use recruitment metrics to keep hiring funnels moving. You’ll handle outreach, interviews and offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role blends strategic thinking with execution, building diverse, high‑quality talent pipelines in highly technical domains.
Experience – Essentials
- Proven experience in recruitment, in‑house or agency, hiring in high‑growth, technical or scientific environments
- Proven ability to source talent from multiple sources (GitHub, Google Scholar, etc.)
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and managing multiple complex roles simultaneously
- Ability to “speak the language” of hardware, software or semiconductor engineering to credibly screen candidates and advise managers
- High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills and ability to influence decisions
- Proactive, resourceful, data‑driven recruitment approach
- Passion for building teams in cutting‑edge scientific and engineering environments
Experience – Desirable
- Recruiting for software roles such as full‑stack, DevOps or cloud computing
- Recruiting in IC design, semiconductor or hardware engineering domains
- Exposure to quantum computing or research‑driven organisations
- Experience supporting rapid organisational scaling
