About the Role
As a Strategic Customer Success Business Consultant, you will serve as a premier strategic advisor and domain leader for Quantum Metric’s most complex, high-impact enterprise accounts. Beyond driving customer activation and operationalization, you will shape how our largest clients leverage technology by developing productized service offerings, pioneering domain-specific AI automations, and serving as a subject matter expert both for clients and internally across our entire consulting organization.
In this role, you will advise and align with senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizational landscapes from day-to-day power users to executive sponsors. You will act as the go-to subject matter expert in your specialized domain, stepping in ad hoc to advise on high-stakes client engagements, while also serving as the primary point of contact for leveraging AI to automate analytical workflows tailored to key use cases. You won't just deliver value; you will define, scale, and automate it—translating deep quantitative insights into strategic business outcomes that directly influence.
