Role Description
The Medical Secretary role is a part-time (with potential to be full time) position based in Glasgow.
Day-to-day tasks include managing patient inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records and documentation and prepartjng reports.
The Medical Secretary will coordinate communication between patients, clinicians, and corporate clients, prepare and process medical forms, and ensure that the medical office runs smoothly.
The role also involves typing and formatting clinical letters, handling confidential information in line with data protection standards, and supporting administrative processes for services such as GP consultations, physiotherapy, and occupational health.
