This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building strong client relationships and delivering excellent financial solutions.\\n\\nšŸ“ Location: London, Reading, Tooting, Harrow\\n šŸ¦ Industry: Banking & Financial Services\\n šŸ’¼ Role: Relationship Officer\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail / corporate clients\\n\\nUnderstand client financial needs and recommend suitable banking products\\n\\nManage a portfolio of clients to ensure retention and growth\\n\\nSupport customers with account services, lending, and investment products\\n\\nEnsure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies\\n\\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service\\n\\nKey Requirements:\\n\\nPrevious experience in banking, relationship management, or financial services\\n\\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\\n\\nGood understanding of banking products and customer service standards\\n\\nAbility to meet targets and manage client expectations\\n\\nRight to work in the UK\\n\\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS\\n\\nEvery RO who joins the Bank is expected to meet the parameters in line with the Bank's strategy, including but not limited to the following:\\n\\nEngaging with customers through physical meetings, as well as by calling them.\\nDocumenting the outcome of such meetings\\nActioning on tasks assigned to them within stipulated timeline\\nGenerate incremental business by acquiring new customers, as well as from existing customer base mapped to them\\nIncreasing product penetration to customers by offering NRE/NRO Accounts, UK Personal Bank account, Time deposits linked to the NRE/NRO/UK Personal Bank account, NR Home Loan, I-Direct (demat) account etc.\\nCross sell of all suitable products which are being offered by Bank UK, as per the Bank's approved framework
