We are inviting applications for Officer Finance for an international Bank based in City of London. This will be a 12 Months contract to start with the Bank.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Supplier maintenance
- Making regular payments to the vendors/ service providers.
- Managing suppliers and ensuring supplier reconciliations.
Book keeping
- Month end entries like depreciation, accruals and prepayments entries.
- GL movement, scrutiny, analysis, review on monthly basis.
- Regular expenses entries in accounting software.
Management accounts
- Assist in Drafting of monthly management accounts along with balance sheet analysis, income analysis.
- Assist in Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
Requirement:
- A good bachelor's degree and studying towards an accountancy qualification.
- Experience working in financial services organization is preferable.
