We are looking to hire an experienced BDM/Relationship Manager for our Banking and Financial Services in the Banking Sector. The ideal person will acquire new banking relationships, especially with International Banks in the UK, and maximise existing relationships to help them reach their full potential and increase revenue for other services.

Working closely with the management team and back office teams, you will acquire new customer relationships and liaise with the client to ensure the business reaches out to all departments and business functions within the client's organisation. You will look for ways to become a sole recruitment supplier for the client or a strong recruitment partner. You will provide a team of Recruitment Consultants to closely work on your client requirements.

We are looking for an ideal candidate with relationships within the banking industry; you must have experience in building client relationships from scratch and turning clients into large accounts. This position is based in the Canary Wharf office.
