We are hiring for Claims Handler – Liability role with an International Insurance Company based in Ipswich .
Job Profile:
To oversee the handling and settlement of New India claims to time and quality standards.Principal Functions:
To handle and process claimspertaining to risks underwritten by the company.To oversee the handling of claims by third-party service providers to time and quality standards.To monitor the proper recording of all claims.Appoint and liaise withloss adjusters,solicitors,investigators,and other professionals; follow up onreports and outcomes.Prepare and send large claim advicesfor information toreinsurers and London officeMonitoringthe statusofoutstanding claimsand their incurred movements.Assisting the teamwith theefficient handling andresolution of complaints.Assist in Claims review on periodic basis.*Reviewing and liaising with MGAs & TPAs for efficient handling of RTA & motorclaimsAssist ClaimsManager with any other claim related tasks.
