We are inviting applications for a Senior Associate/Associate Director for Origination Infrastructure Sector deals for a Europe Based Bank having their Branch in UK in city of London.
Main Objectives/Job Summary
- Assisting in the sale and execution of project finance transactions within the infrastructure sector in Europe.
- Working with a network of client and advisor relationships across the sector with the propose of gaining and maintaining knowledge to successfully completely new project opportunities.
- Assist in the identification and development of new project finance lending mandates.
- Contribute to resource and credit application packages.
- Assisting the execution of project finance transactions through to financial close and ensuring smooth hand over to portfolio management.
- Working with distribution teams to ensure successful delivery

Key Skills and Experience required
- Business Knowledge
- Good knowledge of the infrastructure sector in Europe.
- Good familiarity with PF structures /documentation/due diligence requirements and risk mitigation methods.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with, relevant NORD/LB procedures, tools and processes.
Experience Guideline
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of relevant PF markets.
