We are inviting applications for a European Project Finance bank, seeks an AVP/Manager level 2LOD Credit banker, with at least 3 years current exposure to the Project & Infrastructure sectors, to join their Credit function in London. Key Duties and Responsibilities Prime responsibility for formulation and punctual delivery of high-quality credit submissions for approval in collaboration with SF, including robust analysis of all risks, cashflow model assessment, due diligence and documentation review, project risk rating, downside analysis and adherence to the Bank\'s credit policies. Active risk challenge role when developing new deals, participating in Client, Bank and Advisor meetings, and providing constructive input into structures, security and covenants. Independent ongoing risk monitoring of own portfolio of project financings with complex legal structures, industrial technical processes, financial modelling and regulatory issues, ensuring timely completion of annual credit monitoring, German Banking Law requirements and internal ratings approval. Identify any deteriorating credits promptly and take appropriate action, such as consideration for KRM internal 'Hotspots List', KRM Watch List or transfer to Work‑Out. Appraise new markets, products and structures in conjunction with SF as part of the New Approval Process. Build and maintain up-to-date market knowledge of the Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure sector, including maintaining relevant external contacts.Key Skills and Experience Good experience in Project Finance and Credit with strong analytical skillset, ideally in Energy and/or Infrastructure segments. Familiarity with Project Finance documentation. Strong team player. Fluent in English; ideally German or another European language. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with clients, banks and advisors
