We’re looking for a curious, hands‑on Customer Success Engineer who loves solving problems, enjoys working closely with people, and is excited by a role with significant international travel. What you’ll do:

  • Install, commission, and acceptance‑test detector systems (on‑site and remote)
  • Deliver training to users after installation
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Own customer support cases from first contact to resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
  • Maintain clear documentation and service records
  • Spot recurring issues and work with teams to improve reliability
  • Travel internationally to research facilities (up to 50%)

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands‑on experience in technical support, service, or maintenance
  • Confident with oscilloscopes, test equipment, Windows & Linux
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers
  • Proactive, detail‑focused problem solver
