What you’ll do
- Install, commission, and acceptance‑test detector systems (on‑site and remote)
- Deliver training to users after installation
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Own customer support cases from first contact to resolution
- Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
- Maintain clear documentation and service records
- Spot recurring issues and work with teams to improve reliability
- Travel internationally to research facilities (up to 50%)
What we’re looking for
- Hands‑on experience in technical support, service, or maintenance
- Confident with oscilloscopes, test equipment, Windows & Linux
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers
- Proactive, detail‑focused problem solver
- Bonus: experience with scientific instrumentation, programming, or radiation safety
