The Principal/Senior Quality Engineer will work closely with our Quality Manager, leading quality improvement initiatives across the full product lifecycle — from initial customer enquiry through to installation. You’ll focus on root cause problem solving, cost optimisation, and end-to-end process enhancement with high attention to detail. You’ll also take ownership of maintaining and developing our Business Management Systems, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and compliance across the organisation.

The successful Principal/Senior Quality Engineer will bring:

  • Chartered (or nearly Chartered) status in Quality
  • Strong knowledge and experience of ISO Management Systems
  • Proven success in auditing, process improvement, and business-wide quality initiatives
  • Preferably, experience within a manufacturing environment
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to inspire and drive positive change
