As the product champion for our quantum technology portfolio, you will define and execute the market strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market plans for both existing and future product lines.

Working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and senior leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Master's degree, Ph D, or equivalent industrial experience in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Experience working with complex technical products within a physics, engineering, or scientific instrumentation environment.
- Knowledge of quantum technologies or a closely related field.
- Experience within the physics research community and an appreciation of the commercial landscape surrounding advanced scientific equipment.
- Proven ability to develop customer-focused value propositions and support product growth strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build productive relationships across technical, commercial, academic, and industrial communities.
- Experience working with high-value capital equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer requirements.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Product management qualifications or formal training.
- Understanding of low-temperature physics, cryogenic measurement techniques, superconducting magnets, or related scientific instrumentation.
- Experience supporting business development activities, collaborative research programmes, or commercial R&D projects.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing processes within scientific or high-technology markets.
- Experience developing product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Advanced presentation and visual communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Power Point.
