Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Quality Manager, you will lead quality improvement initiatives across the full product lifecycle — from initial customer enquiry through to installation.
- You will focus on root cause problem solving, cost optimisation, and end-to-end process enhancement with high attention to detail.
- You will also take ownership of maintaining and developing our Business Management Systems, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and compliance across the organisation.
You will bring:
- Chartered (or nearly Chartered) status in Quality
- Strong knowledge and experience of ISO Management Systems
- Proven success in auditing, process improvement, and business-wide quality initiatives
- Preferably, experience within a manufacturing environment
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to inspire and drive positive change
