Contract: Part Time - Perm

Hour: 15 hours per week

Pay: Β£12.71 per hour

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our welcoming Care Home Anson Court based in Welwyn Garden City. Anson Court is a 75 bed residential care home which is welcoming, values driven based team where collaboration, compassion, respect and person-centred care is at the heart of everything they do.

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our Home, providing a professional and friendly service to residents, visitors, colleagues and callers.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Reception & telephone support β€” delivering a comprehensive front of house service to staff, visitors and callers.
  • Managing deliveries β€” ensuring items reach the correct recipient and are not left unattended.
  • Processing invoices β€” completing authorisation paperwork and passing it to the Home Manager.
  • Maintaining reception areas β€” keeping the foyer and reception clean, tidy and welcoming.
  • Organising the post room β€” ensuring the post room and stationery cupboard remain wellordered.
  • Handling outgoing mail β€” preparing and bagging daily mail for collection.
  • Monitoring stationery supplies β€” ordering stock as required.
  • Supporting the Home Manager β€” undertaking additional duties aligned with your skills and competencies.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
