Receptionist
Part Time – Weekends
An opportunity has arisen in one of our Homes for a Receptionist to join the team.
As a Receptionist you will:
Provide a comprehensive reception and telephone support service to staff, visitors and telephone callers.
You will handle deliveries effectively ensuring goods are taken by addressee and are not left in the reception area.
You will complete authorisation paperwork for appropriate invoices and pass to manager for authorisation.
You will ensure that the main foyer and reception areas are clean and tidy.
You will maintain the post room and stationery cupboard in good order.
You will process, prepare and bag outgoing mail on a daily basis for collection by the postman.
You will monitor, maintain and order stationery supplies for as needed.
You will undertake any other duties, depending on skills or competency, as agreed with, or requested by the Home Manager.
Knowledge of computer programs is essential.
