Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care services to over 2,000 older adults across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, providing compassionate support, upholding dignity, and enabling residents to enjoy fulfilling daily lives within our homes.

Hours: Various Hours available
Shift times: 7am to 2.30pm and 2pm to 9.30pm | Weekdays and Alternate Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.
  • Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.
  • Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Bring
