Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. Sous Chef
Full time – 37 hours per week, alternate weekends required
Pay – £15.55 per hour weekdays / £16.55 per hour weekends
As a Sous Chef you will provide a safe, quality, cost effective catering service to all customers and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents.
Your Skills:
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace.
- Knowledge of food safety and practices.
- Need to undertake relevant training and CPD.
- Experience of the standards of hygiene used in food preparation.
- Experience of food preparation, cooking and service.
- You’ll provide homely meals for our residents, meeting a diverse range of dietary requirements.
- You must be able to work well as part of a team and have good communications skills.
