Overview
Night Care Team Manager – Part Time, Relief Shifts. Weekdays and Weekends required. Quantum Care is a not-for-profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. The role involves leading a care team, ensuring the home runs smoothly, promoting dignity and independence for residents, and maintaining day-to-day efficiency.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing the home during a shift.
- To undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
- To ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
- To comply with the company’s Equal Opportunities policy and procedures, at all times.
- You will be leading a great care team from the front
- You will maximise the quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
Essential Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Care
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
