Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader
Contract: Part Time - Perm
Hour: 28 hours per week
Pay: £16.32 per hour weekdays & £17.32 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm - Weekdays and alternative Weekends
Location: Old Crabtree Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4EX

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our welcoming team at Mountbatten Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead. What You'll Bring
Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.Reviewing and updating care plans.Giving personal care to residents.Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift
