Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.

Full Time - 37 hours per week Weekdays and weekends

Salary: £40,071 per year (£20.77 per hour)

Responsibilities
  • Share responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.
  • Help ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
Your Skills
  • Hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
  • Combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
