Riverside Lodge Care Home, our welcoming luxury residential home, is looking for a passionate and creative Activity Care Assistant — someone who brings joy, imagination and genuine connection to the lives of our residents. If you love making people smile and believe in helping older adults stay active, independent and fulfilled, this role has real purpose.
As An Activity Care Assistant, You Will:
- Play a key role within our care team by delivering a lively, diverse programme of activities designed to stimulate, entertain and uplift our residents.
- Use your communication skills, creativity and warm personality to build meaningful connections and create moments that truly enrich residents’ lives.
- Bring enthusiasm, compassion and a positive energy to every day, helping to create a joyful and supportive atmosphere throughout the home.
- Use your IT skills to produce newsletters for residents and the home, send email updates to relatives about activities and resident progress, and keep our social media pages—such as Facebook—updated and engaging.
Experience in a similar role is preferred. We provide full, high-quality training and ongoing support.
