We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy everyday living in our Homes.

Care Team Manager – Full time, Weekdays and alternate weekends required.

Main Responsibilities

• To ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing the home during a shift.
• To undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
• To ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
• To comply with the company’s Equal Opportunities policy and procedures, at all times.
• Lead a care team from the front and maximise the quality of life for all residents, maintaining day-to-day efficiency of the home.

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Care
• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
