Full Time – Weekdays & alternate weekends
Your Skills:
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace.
- Knowledge of food safety and practices.
- Need to undertake relevant training and CPD.
- Experience of the standards of hygiene used in food preparation.
- Experience of food preparation, cooking and service.
- You’ll provide homely meals for our residents, meeting a diverse range of dietary requirements.
- You must be able to work well as part of a team and have good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Support kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance.
- Manage food production processes, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.
- Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
