Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2,000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
Various Hours Available - Full Time & Part Time
Shift times: 7.30am to 3.30pm & 3.30pm to 9.30pm. Weekdays and alternate weekends required.
Who we are looking for:
- Female only β Due to the intimate personal-care needs of the resident group within this particular Home, this role requires a female worker in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
- No previous experience necessary; as long as you are an empathetic individual with a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
- You will be able to undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect to meet their physical, emotional and social needs.
- Access to first class induction training and ongoing learning and development opportunities, including the opportunity to work towards industry recognised qualifications.
- Our Homes operate on a 24/7, 365-day basis; therefore, you will need to be able to work shifts (including weekends, evenings).
