An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the major delivery teams working on the Sizewell C project, one of the UK's largest and most high-profile infrastructure developments. The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) plays a critical role in preparing the site for construction works, delivering complex ground engineering solutions including piling, diaphragm walling, soil mixing, grouting and retaining structures using specialist equipment and advanced construction techniques.
Due to continued growth and project demands, we are looking to appoint a Workforce Controller / Resource Coordinator to support the effective coordination, deployment and management of frontline workers across the project.
The Role
Working closely with operational teams and senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring labour resources are effectively allocated across the project while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting workforce performance and recruitment activities.
