As we scale our AI-driven product portfolio in the UK, with Quail (Quality AI & Learning) as our flagship offering, we are seeking a Customer Success Lead to build and lead our customer success and partnership management function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey for our NHS trust clients.
How will you make an impact?
- Build from scratch: Design and implement end-to-end customer success processes covering implementation, onboarding, training, value monitoring, and community management for our product portfolio.
- Own client relationships: Manage existing NHS trust partnerships, ensuring high renewal rates and maximising client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate value: Develop and execute value realisation frameworks that track product usage, outcome metrics, and ROI to demonstrate tangible impact to client stakeholders.
- Drive growth: Lead commercial management of renewals, identify expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell, and develop consulting opportunities that emerge from client relationships.
- Build community: Create and nurture a client community that facilitates peer learning, shares best practices, and drives collaborative innovation across NHS trusts.
