JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Client Solutions Associate to support client onboarding and servicing activities within our Client Solutions team. You will work closely with senior team members to help deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new clients and ensure existing clients continue to derive value from our platform.

This role will involve assisting in project coordination, supporting internal and external communication, preparing client deliverables, and helping drive system adoption after implementation. You will develop a strong understanding of the Quantium platform and gain exposure to client-facing situations, cross-functional teamwork, and the investment management technology space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support project managers and senior team members in coordinating new client onboarding and system adoption
  • Assist in gathering client use cases and documenting project requirements, data input and output needs
  • Help prepare meeting materials, status updates, and project documentation
  • Support resolution of client issues by coordinating with internal teams and tracking action items
  • Assist in system setup, data migration coordination, and report configuration tasks
  • Learn and maintain a solid understanding of the Quantium system
  • Contribute to a high standard of client service through responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Identify areas to improve internal processes and contribute ideas to increase team efficiency

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role, preferably in account management, consulting, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of project management and client support principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in financial services or financial technology preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Knowledge of investment management or accounting concepts is a plus
  • Experience working with IT systems, client onboarding, or data projects is a bonus
