Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) who understands the private markets and investment technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within this industry, building strong relationships with decision-makers and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process, including prospecting, nurturing leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within private markets firms.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals and long-term client success.
  • Understand clients' needs and articulate Quantium's value proposition for private equity, venture capital, fund-of-funds, and related firms effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in private markets or investment technology.
  • Familiarity with fund and portfolio management platforms and working with private equity, venture capital, or similar clients.
  • Strong understanding of private markets and the challenges faced by firms in this space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e. g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales tools.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
