How will you make an impact?
- Strategic client partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to ASDA’s senior stakeholders, deeply understanding their needs across range, price, promotions, and customer strategy, identifying challenges and connecting them to innovative solutions.
- AI transformation leadership: Help shape and deliver ASDA’s AI transformation—from AI‑powered retail solutions to AI operations optimisation—by identifying high‑impact use cases and guiding their implementation.
- Commercial solution delivery: Lead the design and delivery of high‑quality analytics projects using Quantium’s suite of products (Q.Checkout, Range Toolkit, Q.Promo, Q.Digital) and bespoke consulting projects that drive measurable ROI for ASDA.
- Customer strategy enablement: Support the implementation of ASDA’s data‑driven customer strategy, leveraging Quantium’s deep customer data capabilities and insights.
- Partnership growth: Expand our engagement by identifying new opportunities to add value—extending existing capabilities or introducing innovative analytics and AI solutions that solve emerging business challenges.

- Retail or CPG expertise: Approximately 8+ years of experience in grocery retail, either through consultancy or direct industry experience in buying, category management, sales, commercial insight, or supplier‑side roles.
- Data and analytics fluency: Strong knowledge and experience analysing customer, transaction, or sales data in a Retail or CPG context; translating data into actionable commercial insights.
- Senior stakeholder influence: Proven success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and negotiating to achieve positive outcomes.
