Our client is a leading UK and International specialist groundwork's contractor. They are currently seeking to reinforce their team with a Head of Estimating to lead the pricing of new conventional work and major projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the delivery of accurate estimates and risk managed tenders. Evaluation of technical and commercial risk together with new techniques and commercial developments with the broader team would be encouraged.

The Requirement

Ideally degree qualified you will have a minimum of 5 years experience of pricing or tendering specialist groundwork contracts. Experience of pressure grouting would be a distinct advantage. A natural leader and provider of direction and concise advice you will be comfortable leading a tender and estimating team. You will also be capable of leading a major bid.

Salary £70k base, Car or allowance, Family Healthcare with annual bonus to 20%
