Andover based high end joinery business are working with us here at Better People Ltd to recruit an Experienced Estimator with a background and understanding of the joinery trade.
The role will be working on and preparing quotations for domestic clients, property developers architects and self build projects. The Estimator will be working with clients of all types so good communication skills and a customer focussed attitude are essential.
Specialist joinery software will be used to generate the quotes which will include windows staircases, sash windows, folding doors and other general joinery.
Ideal applicants will have:
- Good degree of computer literacy – ideally with exp of Klaes software or similar
- The ability to read technical/architectural type drawings.
- Confidence working in a detail focussed environment
- Good personal presentation
- Good knowledge of the joinery industry (having perhaps worked as a joiner or machinist).
