Responsibilities include:
- Arranging project budgets
- Verifying and supervising contracts
- Creating estimates
- Organizing tender documents for subcontract works and specialist suppliers
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in façade, glazing, dry lining, metal work, roofing/cladding, joinery, or similar specialist sub‑contractor industries.
Required knowledge of:
- JCT 2005 & 2011 contracts (both with and without Design Portion)
- D&B
- Fixed Price
- NEC contracts
- Fit‑Out industry as a specialist contractor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related subject (or a similar field)
- CSCS card holder
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor at the intermediate level
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Union Square
- Possess a legitimate UK driving licence
- Reside within 1 hour commuting distance to the High Wycombe Head Office
