A national construction company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in the North East. This role is within a very busy Estimating department and you will be reporting to the Director and Estimating Manager. Tenders are generally drawings and specification and work is completed on a design and build basis. Work ranges in value from £1M - £10M across all sectors including: new-build retail, hotel, student accommodation, industrial, and office.
To be considered for this role you will be:
- Experienced in the new-build construction sector, and have previously worked on tenders up to the value of £10m.
- Be conversant with ConQuest Estimating Software.
- Able to complete take-offs and compile detailed Bills of Quantities.
It would be beneficial if:
- You have experience of working on multiple projects at once.
- You have proven experience and a proven track record.
- You have 4+ years' experience.
