Job Overview: As a Strategic Account Manager at Quantiphi, you will drive growth and expand our footprint within key accounts in the insurance industry. This role requires deep understanding of the sector, its digital evolution, and the ability to deliver AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation solutions that create measurable business impact. You’ll work in an entrepreneurial environment, engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and build long‑term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for key accounts in the insurance industry, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong C‑level and senior executive relationships across business, technology, and procurement functions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by positioning Quantiphi’s capabilities in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud solutions tailored for insurance organizations.
- Collaborate with Technology, Go‑To‑Market, and Solution teams to develop industry‑specific offerings addressing claims optimization, fraud detection, customer experience, and underwriting automation.
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation — ensuring seamless execution of MSAs, SoWs, and commercial agreements.
- Drive account expansion by identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across life, health, property & casualty.
- Act as a trusted advisor, introducing innovative AI‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and customer engagement.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure high‑quality project execution and customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep expertise in the insurance industry, with experience with leading enterprises or solution providers.
- Proven track record in selling, delivering, and managing AI, data analytics, and cloud solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure, or Oracle) within the insurance or financial services space.
- Strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and business development.
- Experience managing contractual lifecycles, including negotiating MSAs, SoWs, and pricing models.
- Exceptional executive‑level engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset capable of managing an account end‑to‑end, including sales, delivery oversight, and team coordination.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites, conferences, and related events.
Other Qualifications:
- Familiarity with telecom‑specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud‑based AI solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure).
