Quantios brings together deep industry knowledge and strong delivery capability to serve the specific technology needs of the Trust, Private Client and Corporate Services sectors. With over 30 years’ experience and a global footprint, we partner closely with clients and partners to navigate regulatory, operational and technological change. The Project Manager, based in the UK (Jersey or Fleet), will be part of a global team delivering Quantios software implementations into client environments. You will own your projects end-to-end, work directly with client stakeholders, and be actively supported and developed by our senior delivery leads.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing Quantios implementation projects, providing governance and best-practice project management that ensures successful delivery and supports customers in deriving maximum value from their investment in Quantios products and services.
- Project ownership & planning: Lead projects from kickoff through go‑live and handover to Customer Success, following the Quantios project delivery framework throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a detailed project plan with clear milestones, resource allocations and dependencies.
- Develop the Project Initiation Document in collaboration with consultants and the client, ensuring scope, risks and success criteria are agreed before work begins.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and manage project budgets; approve timesheets weekly and support monthly client invoicing.
- Produce monthly project status reports covering progress against plan, risk and issue registers, and forecasts for the month ahead.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your client throughout the project, building trust through consistent communication and follow-through.
- Chair steering group meetings with client executives.
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues.
- Effectively communicate relevant project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- On migration projects, work closely with technical leads and consultants on migration planning.
- Actively manage testing issues raised through project tools, coordinating resolution across internal and client teams.
- Facilitate structured lessons‑learned sessions at project close and contribute improvements to the Quantios delivery framework and supporting artefacts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quantios project practice through knowledge sharing and best practice development.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing software/technology projects, preferably in a vendor or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end (initiation through go‑live).
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and lead meetings confidently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including clear reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com).
- Exposure to data migration or legacy system cutovers, with knowledge of UAT and defect management processes.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, fund administration, or similar regulated industries is advantageous.
- Background in SaaS implementations within a client-facing/vendor environment is a plus.
- Relevant project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP) or currently pursuing one.
- Must have the right to work in the UK or Jersey.
