Quantinuum is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel on a temporary basis to manage corporate contracts and transactional activities. The role supports the legal team from London or Cambridge, drafting and negotiating technology licenses, SaaS agreements, research collaborations and employment contracts while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
You will develop and codify policies, provide practical legal guidance to business units, and drive improvements in contract lifecycle.
