We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead in London, reporting to the ISC Sr Operations Manager. All applicants for safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support general facility maintenance, including contractor support and project coordination.
• Manage, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building equipment and systems, including HVAC and temperature controls.
• Partner with HSE team to implement safety protocols and policies.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support space planning and layout activities.
• Manage facilities work order system and coordinate with external contractors.
• Collaborate with IT, HSE, Security, Operations, and other departments.
• Participate in project planning, review, and reporting.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, energy, cleanroom, mechanical contracting, or facility management.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee).
• Compliance with national security requirements regarding nationalities.

Preferred Skills:

• Associate degree in electronics, industrial, mechanical, or facilities maintenance.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Mechanical knowledge and HVAC, electrical certifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA, environmental, and fire safety regulations.
