We're hiring our first dedicated Senior Marketing Operations Manager into our Revenue Operations team. You'll be the technical and strategic owner of everything that makes marketing run from Marketo instance depth to campaign delivery to consent architecture.

If you're the kind of Marketing Ops person who reads Marketo release notes for fun, notices when a tracking tag misfires by 200ms, and can also walk into a Marketing team meeting and explain trade-offs without breaking sweat, this role is built for you.

Are you curious and want to shoot for the stars, open to giving and receiving feedback, hungry for empowerment and always taking a hands-on approach? Well then we want to chat. quantilope automates consumer research to unlock high quality insights with speed & ease. We’re a growing organization looking for the right people to join our team.

What you will be doing:

  • You will own the Marketo instance. This includes engagement programmes, smart campaigns, scoring models, tokens, sync architecture, forms and deliverability.
  • You will run marketing campaign operations. This includes build, QA, and launch across paid, organic, nurture, and ABM. You will own the campaign taxonomy, UTM discipline, and Salesforce campaign hierarchy that makes reporting actually work.
  • You will partner with the marketing team to evolve our nurture and lifecycle programmes.
  • You will own the technical side of quantilope.com. You will be in control of technical SEO, web platforms/plugins and general online experience.
  • You will own marketing tracking and consent. This includes GTM, Usercentrics, per-tag governance, GDPR/ePrivacy compliance.
  • You will own agency relationships for our website and legal compliance.
  • You will represent Revenue Operations in Marketing leadership meetings. You bring the operational perspective and push back constructively. You’ll be the person our Marketing team trusts to tell them the truth about what will and won't work.

Who you are:

  • You have 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • You have deep, current, hands-on Marketo expertise. You’re actively building in a real instance today. You know engagement programmes, trigger tokens, scoring, sync mechanics, and deliverability from the inside.
  • You know your way around Salesforce. You understand campaigns, member statuses, sync behaviour, reports and dashboards. You bring a real grounding in GDPR and ePrivacy as it applies to marketing tracking. You've worked with a consent management platform and GTM.
  • Curious. You ask why before how. You read release notes. You notice things others don't. You're genuinely interested in how systems fit together, not just how to operate them.
  • A doer. You ship. You don't wait for permission to start. You're comfortable with the ambiguity of a small expert team where nobody hands you a fully specified ticket.
  • A problem solver. You diagnose before you jump. You stay with the hard problems until they're understood.
  • Detail-obsessed. You notice the wrong UTM, the malformed token, the disposition date that's a day off. You care about the small things because in Marketing Ops the small things compound into big ones.
  • Present. You can hold a room with Marketing leaders. You can push back when needed. You do it without ego.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
