About the Role
Quantifi is hiring an HR Manager / People Operations Manager to own and run day‑to‑day HR operations. Reporting to the COO, this role will partner with leadership across Engineering, Finance, Growth, and Operations to build and execute core HR processes. The focus is on establishing structure where it does not yet exist and ensuring consistent execution across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role, not a purely strategic position. The expectation is direct ownership of hiring processes, onboarding, HR systems, and employee operations.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Partner with executive leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Align HR initiatives with Quantifi’s business strategy and growth objectives.
- Advise leaders on culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits
- Design and oversee competitive compensation structures including salary bands and incentive programs.
- Manage global benefits programs including healthcare, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Partner with Finance to align compensation strategy with company performance and budgeting.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Talent Strategy & Organizational Development
- Support hiring strategy and workforce planning across Engineering, Growth, and Operations.
- Partner with leadership to improve hiring outcomes, retention, and employee engagement.
- Develop leadership and management training programs.
- Implement structured performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- HR Systems & People Operations
- Implement and optimize HR systems and tools that support scalable HR operations.
- Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with global compliance requirements.
- Improve the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding through career development.
- Use HR analytics and data to inform workforce planning and organizational decisions.
- Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations across all jurisdictions where Quantifi operates.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, workplace policies, and performance management.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to maintain appropriate governance and risk management practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience building or scaling HR capabilities in technology, financial services, or high‑growth environments.
- Experience managing compensation frameworks and benefits programs.
- Experience implementing HR systems and operational HR infrastructure.
- Strong background in organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning.
