About the Role
Quantifi is seeking an experienced Controller to lead our global accounting, reporting, controls, and compliance as the business scales and to bring strong FP&A capability, owning budgeting, forecasting, and the analysis that supports executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Controller who runs both the close and the plan, with strong accounting fundamentals and proven FP&A experience in a global software or financial technology company.
Responsibilities Accounting & financial reporting
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
- Maintain the general ledger and produce consolidated statements across the UK, US, and Australia entities, including FX translation and intercompany eliminations.
- Ensureaccurate IFRS/UKGAAPstatutoryreporting(and USGAAPforthe USentity).
- Applyrevenuerecognitionunder IFRS15/ASC606forlicenseandsubscriptionrevenue.
- Developandmaintainaccountingpolicies, procedures, andinternalcontrols.
- Financial planning & analysis
- Leadannualbudgetingandquarterlyforecasting.
- Buildoperatingmodels, forecasts, andscenarioanalysestosupportexecutivedecisions.
- Partner with department leaders on headcount, expense, and resource planning.
- Deliver management reporting and KPI analysis; improve visibility into revenue, margin, operating leverage, and cash flow.
- Controls, compliance & audit

- Oversee preparation and filing of corporate, payroll, VAT / sales & use, and other regulatory returns across jurisdictions.
- Manage transfer pricing and intercompany arrangements; FX rate management and currency exposure.

- Cash flow & treasury

Qualifications
- Qualifiedaccountant: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA(USCPAaplus).
- 10+yearsofprogressiveaccountingandfinanceexperience, withacontrollershipcore.
- Proven FP&Aexperience: budgeting, forecasting, andfinancialmodeling.
- Strongknowledgeof IFRS/UKGAAPandfinancialreporting; multinationalconsolidationsand FX.
- Experienceinsoftware, Saa S, fintech, orfinancialservicesenvironmentsstronglypreferred.
- Revenuerecognitionexperience(IFRS15/ASC606).
- Stronganalyticalandmodelingskills; closepartnershipwithleadership.
