We are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Recruitment Team Leader to support Quanticate’s continued global growth. This role will lead and develop a team of Internal Recruiters while managing recruitment delivery across permanent and contract vacancies globally. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business to attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. The position requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, employer branding, and team leadership. This is a remote position in the UK. Candidates must have experience in Pharmaceutical/life sciences and ideally experience working with a CRO.
