The opportunity. The Quantexa Academy is a key contributor to driving the self‑sufficiency and enablement of Quantexa’s customers and partners. We achieve that by offering online learning, face‑to‑face sessions, and bespoke digital resources that allow all Quantexa users to harness the unique power of our award‑winning Decision Intelligence Platform. Due to the continued growth of our department, we are looking for an experienced Training and LMS Administrator to join the Education Services team to help us administrate the delivery of the high‑quality learning solutions that we are developing that will support our teams, customers and partners in learning how to configure, use, and implement the Quantexa Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative processes of the Quantexa Academy as well as those of our Learning Management System (LMS), and for supporting instructor led training deliveries to our global customers and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the delivery of self‑paced eLearning and instructor‑led training programmes.
- Manage the training inbox to ensure queries are organised and responded to effectively and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate user account management, registrations, enrolments, and communications.
- Collate course completions, administer exam results and certifications, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Implement LMS best practices for training program improvement.
- Conduct and administer reporting on learning metrics and platform usage.
- Maintain, coordinate and communicate updates for training programmes via Q Net, Community and email.
- Ensure brand consistency in associated communications.
- Support projects that improve Education Services administration.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including user account management, registrations, enrolments, and communications.
- Strong skills in coordinating training and education events and programmes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for administration and reporting.
- Ability to apply LMS best practices to improve training programmes and processes.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including the ability to collate course completions, administer exam results, and generate actionable insights (e.g., PowerBi, LMS).
- Capability to maintain and communicate updates for training programmes across multiple channels (e.g., our Q Intranet page, Community portals, email).
- Attention to detail in ensuring brand consistency and accuracy in communications.
- Ability to support projects that improve education services administration.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
