The opportunity. The Quantexa Academy is a key contributor to driving the self-sufficiency and enablement of Quantexa’s customers and partners. We achieve that by offering online learning, face-to-face sessions, and bespoke digital resources that allow all Quantexa users to harness the unique power of our award-winning Decision Intelligence Platform. Due to the accelerated growth of our unit, we are looking for an experienced Training and LMS Administrator to join the Education Services team to help us administrate the delivery of the high-quality learning solutions that we are developing that will support our teams, customers and partners in learning how to configure, use, and implement the Quantexa Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative processes of the Quantexa Academy as well as those of our Learning Management System (LMS), and for supporting instructor led training deliveries to our global customers and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the successful delivery of self-paced eLearning and Instructor Led training programs both internally and externally to our customers and partners, including all event management aspects and related LMS components.
- Coordinate user account management, registrations and enrolments, and communications.
- Collate course completions and administer exam results and certificates to course delegates and provide associated feedback to key stakeholders as required.
- Implement processes for LMS best practices for continued product improvement.
- Work with the team to conduct and administer reporting on learning metrics and platform usage.
- Participate in the ongoing maintenance and associated communications for our training programmes.

- Extensive experience in administering a LMS and being a support point of contact for Quantexa employees, customers and partners.

- Strong grasp of reporting. You’ll know how to collect and leverage user feedback and key metrics to enhance the Academy experience.
- A strong interest in helping our clients grow and succeed.
- Troubleshooting skills. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our clients.
